Zendaya is nothing short of a style icon IMO—who else could pull off tennis ball high heels like that? And recently, she stepped out in one of this season's hottest shoe trends, per Vogue—mesh ballet flats. I found the *exact* pair ($790) Zendaya wore out in NYC, plus a few budget-friendly alternatives all in-stock and ready to be added straight to your cart. (P.S. Rumor has it that J.Lo and Jennifer Lawrence are fans of the style, too, so you know it *has* to be good.)

If you're in the mood to splurge, you can grab the Bottega Veneta pair Zendaya wore at Saks Fifth Avenue. They come in both a versatile ivory hue and black and have an easy slip-on design and rubber sole to provide traction.

If nearly $800 simply isn't in the budget right now, this square-toe pair from Vivaia makes an awesome alternative. The shoes have a super similar look to the Bottega flats above, but come in at a much more budget-friendly cost (they're less than $100!). They also have a heel patch added at the back for comfort and are machine washable so you won't have to stress over stains.

I also adore the barely-there sheer mesh fabric of these flats from Anthropologie that really ups their trendiness factor. According to shoppers, they have a lightweight, airy feel, fit true-to-size *and* are super comfy.

Madewell calls these flats out as being one of their best-selling styles, and I can totally see why. From the open-weave leather to the trendy Mary Jane design, they're both versatile and super stylish. Not to mention, reviewers say they're beautifully constructed. They do note they run a bit small, though, so you might want to consider sizing up.
