I'm a food writer who has been writing about all things delicious since 2016. As PureWow's food editor, I contribute stories to our food vertical, excerpt recipes from popular cookbooks for our recipe vertical and create our Recipes newsletter. I review plenty of foods, drinks and kitchen products. (If you need to know the best fast food fries of all time or the 411 on all of the Cheesecake Factory's cheesecakes, you know who to ask.) I've also developed multiple original recipes and dabbled in food styling at PureWow.
Experience
In my nine years of writing and editing, I've tested recipes, reviewed restaurants and investigated food trends at PureWow, Food52, New Jersey Family Magazine and Taste Talks. I was also a bartender and barista for several years.
Education
I was a double major in English and Writing at Ithaca College. After receiving my bachelor's degree, I completed several internships before becoming a full-time writer. I also took a knife skills course at the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC.
