In 2021, Biel founded Kinderfarms, a vegan wellness brand for kids, and the company has been thriving ever since. In fact, in 2023, Inc. Magazine named them one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., having a three-year revenue growth of 8,744 percent.
The star also launched her own athleisure line with Gaiam in 2017. At the time, she said in a statement, "We want to bring an elegance to athleisure and elevate it so that when you see the pieces, it looks familiar to what you see on the runways and you can think about wearing it out to dinner or to pick up your kids at school."
Biel also tried her hand at becoming a restaurateur by opening up a kid-friendly L.A. restaurant called Au Fudge in 2016. The location featured a creative space for kids that included wooden toys, books and optional au pairs to look after the children while parents dined in. However, after just two years, the restaurant shut down.
While discussing its closure with Jimmy Kimmel, she explained, "We’re definitely not making money. Nobody’s making money in the restaurant business, in my experience, at least not yet."
