Hellmann’s Parmesan-Crusted Homemade French Fries
Parmesan. Crusted. French. Fries. Oh, and did we mention they’re homemade? This quick recipe comes together in less than 25 minutes with only four ingredients. Once you fry up your potatoes and sprinkle them with fresh parmesan, you’re ready for the best part: Dipping them in Hellmann’s® Spicy Mayonnaise Dressing. Hint: You might want to double the batch. We doubt these will last long.
Ingredients
Vegetable oil for frying
2 large Idaho potatoes, about 1 1/2 lbs. cut into 1/2-in. wide sticks
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Pour oil into large pot and heat.
2. Fry potatoes in hot oil until golden. Drain on paper towels.
3. Sprinkle with salt and serve with Hellmann’s Spicy Mayonnaise Dressing.
