Denzel Washington has been gracing the big (and small) screen for over four decades. And the talented actor has shown no signs of slowing down—and I’m not just saying that because the third installment to The Equalizer film series (where he plays an ex-Marine turned vigilante) premiered in theaters in September 2023. In fact, the Hollywood veteran revealed in a 2013 interview with The Telegraph that he considered retiring from acting, but working with actress Viola Davis (who starred alongside him in the Broadway production and the movie adaptation of the classic play, Fences) reignited his love for the craft.

“The whole process is where I am in my life right now. It reawakened me,” Washington told the outlet. “I felt alive again and I said I want to apply that same work ethic to every job in terms of preparation, investigation, everything. No matter how big a movie is, I never want it to be just another gig. I don’t want that. Don’t want to know.’’

As a longtime fan, I can’t say that I haven’t been curious about Denzel Washington's net worth, which is a massive $300 million. So, how has the 69-year-old The Little Things star earned such a large number throughout his acting career? Keep reading to find out more.
